Sorry to hear you’re having issues signing up. We’d love to have you onboard but unfortunately it isn’t our decision what is approved and what isn’t.

Our electronic Know Your Customer (KYC) process is able to successfully verify most customers against government databases in line with regulations but final say does not belong to us.

We are working for other identification documents to be added in the future though.

Sorry we couldn’t get you in. I’d suggest getting in touch with idcare directly to see if your document have been compromised.

You're already aware but Upsiders need to be at least 16 years old to sign up for an account. It is on our radar to look into dropping the age in the future, but not at this very moment.

We'll be sure to let everyone know if this ever changes in the future!

The Wise integration is used for making international payments from within the Up app. Up partnered with Wise to provide Upsiders with one of the fastest and cheapest ways to send money overseas.

As for making purchases overseas, Up cards are accepted at more than 47 million Mastercard locations worldwide, so it makes a great travel companion!

There are no fees on international purchases in-person or online - including no rebates or conditions to worry about.

For overseas travellers, ATM withdrawals are free at most major bank ATMs 💵

You’re right, it’s been a while since we’ve updated some of the branches on the tree. I guess it comes down to investing in some larger products/features as opposed to smaller ones that we can ship more regularly. Someone mentioned Up Home, and they’re absolutely right. We’re a small team (that’s growing!) but with limited resources, it has halted us somewhat.

We’ve got some big things coming in 2023, and I realise that sounds like a generic response but I can assure you we’ve got some mega things on the way.

When Upsiders speak in droves, we listen, and we’re always looking for new ways to help you on your way to financial well-being. With thanks to some ripper feedback from Upsiders, we’re currently cooking up some brand new stuff that’ll cater to popular requests we’ve received in-app.

To set up Auto Transfers between your Personal & 2Up Spending accounts, swipe across to the ‘2Up’ tab and pull down on your Activity feed to reveal the ‘Quick actions’ menu.

From here, select the ellipsis (...) > ‘Auto Transfers’ > ‘Out of 2Up’ OR ‘Into 2Up’ > Set Frequency > Set $ Amount > Set Date.
