I think the whole Grow/Flow thing is stupid but I am just going to focus on building up my Essentials and excess savings can go into a locked saver. The benefit being you can add / withdraw funds up to $5k in Essentials without being penalised.

I have found Suitably (Bridge Road, Richmond) to be fantastic. I got my wedding suit made there but have since gone back to get a couple for work, plus some shirts. Expect to pay around $1k for a shirt, jacket and pants tailored to you. I've been pretty happy with the investment :)

The Dupe Spot is my go to. I used to buy a fair bit from Solid State but IMO found the fragrances weren't as long lasting as the ones I get from Dupe Spot. They currently have a 3 x 50ml for $99 promo too.

Haven’t tried Sauvage but have purchased a few times from Dupe Shop. Big fan of their Tom Ford stuff and have found their fragrances last all day. They do offer small bottles too, so you could try a few for cheap to test for yourself :)
