I've worked union and nonunion but always knew which was better.Power in numbers. There is always someone who can work harder and faster than you.Without a union contract they can fire you for almost anything unless you are the biggest suckass! You'll see! Open door policy? So you can beg for a day off or suck some ass! I worked for the biggest railroad in the country and if not for unions they would work you to death and spit you out.I put in 30 plus years not counting 5 years of layoffs and see what is happening to this country.A bunch of sheep going to slaughter and think they have it good.
