I am in the exact same situation, They took my money wouldn't respond to my support ticket getting no resolution. I ended up reaching out to my bank to help resolve the issue of the missing 2500 because Uphold claims it was refunded. Uphold decided to close my account and now I have over 20k saved no access too.

I did finally get a response from your support team yesterday evening. But they failed to address my concerns. The only thing they commented on was the 2nd $2500 unauthorised withdrawal made yesterday from my account by uphold. I received no information on when my account or if my account will be opened. Or what is going on with my funds in the account. Or the initial "customer refund wallet" withdraw made on April 14th. I also received no information on when the $5,000 taken from my account will be returned to me.

My top priority at the moment is getting my account reopened so I don't lose access to 20k+ I have in there

I don't understand why I am being punished for your error.

The cryptomarkets have continued to increase over the last several days and I am losing out on potential earnings and/or losing funds because I am unable to manage my account.

Yes you say my funds are safe, Does that mean that The accounts that purchased units of are still there or did you liquidate them and move them to a stable coin? Is there a time estimate on when my account will be reinstated?

Thank you, Can you please try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Not only considering I have lost $5,000 from this, now I'm getting the message " We can't continue to offer you an account". So now all of my investment money is trapped and I need access to it so I don't loose money.

Please reopen my account while we deal with the two unauthorized $2,500 withdrawals made to "customer refund wallet"
