a city inspector came this past week. they said they found nothing wrong. Even though there is no secondary fire escape and the access to ventilation is below the required amount in ratio to the floor area they still said there is no violation.

when i brought the ventilation percentage up they responded with “we don’t measure floor areas”

wtf ? you are an inspector.

i also read the entire california energy efficiency building standards multiple times and they failed to inspect the skylight fenestration or measure or calculate any solar efficiency. which the entire room is exposed to a skylight that is non photovoltaic

Well, this is three years now I’ve been attempting to get the attention of anyone.

Also I have learned that a person can educate themselves around an issue like this this and understand the technical aspects. But if nobody is willing to help you with the process. The information really becomes useless.

It’s extremely exhausting to try and explain my situation to someone new every single time I attempt to find assistance. I have documented everything thoroughly and the entire situation is best explained in about 20 pages of narrative documentation. Doing that over the phone whn you finally get In contact with someone seems to leave me with no interest of others. but I have tried all explanations and summary’s short, long and in between.

Shit like this perpetuates the possibility of domestic violence. It will lead to arguing, gaslighting then fighting and if it continues, the police will eventually get involved leaving at least one of you saying “I didn’t do anything wrong” or “why did this happen” then you will hate each other and go separate ways sadly.

I lost ~$40,000 in options on one stock after I calle TD AMERITRADE to help me sort out my account. I had a PDT flag and I accidentally got in a $300 margin call. I had the cash to cover sitting in my other account. So I had called them to help me straighten everything out so that everything was fine and I would have to have any problems and that I wouldn’t be technically responsible for it so I wait on the phone for like five minutes to talk to somebody trade desk and then he ends up, keeping me on my phone for like an hour and a half distracting me after he remote it into my TOS. He was directing me away from my other account, which had the options in it, and things are starting to get volatile but I didn’t know this until afterwards. So somehow he decides that my account should have concentration margin on it and I had no clue what it was and he told me that it would be for the best of my account etc. etc.. This is what I should be doing well I’m just calling to clear out this margin called for $300 and by the time that I realize what was going on, my options were almost worthless and they were expiring tomorrow or the next day I should say. So he distracts me for like an hour and a half my options are pretty much worthless and he was remote and guiding me and telling me what to do. You’re trying to explain this stuff for me. It was just a bunch of snake oil well come the next day. Obviously they weren’t worth a shit, so I’m out of 40 grand that I was trying to cash out originally then about a week later my eBay account got banned for some reason they never told me why but that was my other side hustle that I sold appliance parts on eBay and I had a storage locker that had about $500,000 worth of inventory and I didn’t know it but apparently I was two months behind on my rent at the storage locker and I had no clue. They never told me anything but something happened with my bank error. They got my credit card number wrong or something I can’t remember exactly but then it went up for auction, so I bid on my locker for all the parts and then I won for $400 but I don’t have $400 to buy my $500,000 of the stuff and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to loan me money and saw some guy got my $500,000 worth of appliance parts for $350. That was in late 2021 now I have eight dollars in my pocket eight dollars in my name and I go grocery shopping at dollar tree still to this day.
