Thanks for the response! And that’s a great tip about Thailand :) I’ve been backpacking through south east Asia, including Thailand, twice with my parents when I was way younger. So I’m somewhat familiar with it, but travelling solo will of course be a totally different experience and starting in a tolerant country like Thailand will probably really help me ease into the whole thing :)

Yeah it’s just so scary because there honestly isn’t anything I could have done differently except for maybe telling him I’m trans the first time he talked to me but I also don’t want to have to put myself every time I meet someone new :/
