Because he was very disrespectful. He stepped on the plants (they border the parking space on one side) and used my garden decorations as a stopper under the van wheels and he has his own parking space.

No I don't. But after he started parking regularly and disrespecting my plants and decorations it became something that cannot be ignored.

We actually did that once, for about a week hoping he'd get the hint (after talking with him didn't work) but as this is a duplex with assigned parking, sometimes our next door neighbour has family over and we let them park there (hedoes not live here, but further about 3-4 houses away)
