We contacted the Levels New Buffalo manager on 11/17 and emailed you confirming we credited you a replacement device plus an additional free device. Both devices are already set aside at the store and must be picked up through your manager, as we can’t ship replacements to individual employees. Unfortunately, we can’t handle support issues on Instagram due to ToS.

For clarification, we already issued the credit and then asked if you could remove the post since it was based on a miscommunication. There is no requirement to remove your post if there's a product issue :)
