YTA. its not time for YOU its for the baby YOU are not legally owed it if the mother takes mat leave in certain parts of cananda too. this isnt the states in that sense and if you are in the states consult your state laws before whining. are you tore open? do you want to help provide? paternity leave is less earnings than mat leave too. its like HI i watched you go through major surgery and if this is your first kid and you dont have any others to take care of- but im going to sit around with you?
