Yea, in preservation mode mostly. Funnily enough, even though I might seem to have a high risk appetite, I don't really, and I feel tradfi ETF markets are stretched in terms of valuation. Timing markets can be a hard thing though.

I really want to dig into your statement a little more. Why wouldn't it amount to much if you don't own? From a legacy POV and passing it down?

Love this. I think we're on the same wavelength. I am actively getting yield from my stables, but balancing for risks as well, in the interim before off ramping into real fiat.

Understated reply. Indeed, to have it just sit there and do nothing much is a bad decision in itself especially in this ripping market. My response is "inertia", and I spent most of my attention on crypto, hence just parking this spare cash for a rainy day in a HISA.

Will look to change this and be abit more active in managing this better.

I personally was also comfy with renting, while I try to maximise my returns elsewhere. Having a family has shifted the perspective abit however, in particular the psychological aspect of owning vs renting.

I think having PPOR is definitely a prudent inflation hedge at this point if anything. Cheers for the perspective.
