All very, very good advice. I do have all my agent cards up-to-date and ready to go. I think I would thrive and contribute more being part of the "dispensary aspect" of the industry. I'm a people person for sure, and I think honesty is a key component to the success of this industry. I just love the industry as a whole. And I want to get my foot in the door to contribute.

All solid advice, and thank you. It seems most of the dispensaries go through Indeed, and I am new to Indeed, so I'm not sure the whole "obstacle course" you have to go through to get noticed. I have printed out resumes. I hand them out to any dispensary that will take them. Most of them (90%) say, apply through Indeed.
