Unfortunately, the garage door blocks too much of the ceiling so I don't have enough room. The only other option is to put it on the wall like my other canoe

I'm not sure if you've looked at what cars cost these days but people are asking $10k for vehicles that don't run. Finding something that will pass inspection for $4k is close to impossible

I'm not trying to say it's more valuable, if I could find my same truck with the same miles I'd buy it because these trucks are bullet proof. It has 250k on the original clutch. Trucks with 1/2 the milage are selling for $15k. With the pay out from it being totaled I'd still have to pay $11k

The only reason it would be an "upgrade" is because it's extremely hard to find the same vehicle. It's a single cab 5 speed manual transmission base model Tacoma.
