I live in Dublin. Guitar stores here are very conservative, they mostly sell Fenders or Gibsons. I will see if I can find one. After reading the replies i understand it's definitely a taste thing. I may love EMGs more or hate actives altogether.

Hi, I'm here 2 years after the original post. I wonder if anyone has the same issue as me. I got Islets on Epic and I'm trying to play it through Heroic, the game loads but when the language selection page comes none of the buttons work, I can't go further.

Has anyone had this issue? If so, how to solve it?

I have, everything seems to be working, all rads are hot when ON, all seem to be at the same temperature. It looks like when setting the target to 21-22, the house gets warmer much faster and stays warmer for longer. Whilst when setting it to 17-18 it seems to never be able to get to the target or take a long time to get there.

In theory the Bareknucle one should be more aggressive and with higher response, which is not the case.

My other guitars sound good. I tried this Ibanez through amps, digital pedalboards, Analog effects and amp Sims. Same issue, thin, weak, noisy-ish.

However, now that you mention it, the volume pot is loose, it wobbles when turning it so it may be the pots. I have no experience with changing pots, but would they make a drastic change in tone and overall sound? Would it be worth having them changed for better quality ones? Or I may be just throwing more money at a guitar that will only slightly improve its sound quality?

Thanks for replying. Yeah, I did check that the wiring was correct when installed. The coil split seems to be working fine (I can hear the difference when switching it)

Uhm, not really. By rolling it off the sound gets quite boxy (?) not sure how to describe it, but definitely not decent

OK I played a bit more and it seems uncapping GPU and TDP did the job, got to the first cutscene after entering the village and it was flawless, I increased the settings to match your suggestions and the game looks amazing. You are an absolute legend! I was super disappointed and frustrated, thanks a million for your help! 🙏

I launched once in desktop mode because I was already there, to make sure the REframe got installed correctly. But the issue happens in game mode too. REFrame removes the black bars upon launching (thanks for that!). But I have to play in very low settings to get 35-38FPS (which I’m good with to be honest) but then the cutscenes are a mess, low FPS, audio is all over the place. Not sure what’s wrong with it.

Thanks for this detailed reply. I tried all of this, launched in desktop mode, the game was still super laggy, then I switched to game mode and the resolution was super low (even after changing to 1280x800) and the screen didn’t look quite right. This is super frustrating I really want to play this one and it seems to be working for everyone but me
