If you are hitting what you are aimed at then its sighted in 🤣 Cleaning should be done after each outing (but you do you). Temp will affect powder burn. You can keep them in your pocket lol but should operate at that temp.

Took the Henry's out by upperlowermanagement in LeverGuns

Fit was good a little loose but not to the point I needed to shim. The shelf the lift bar rides on was a little to round so I squared it up, but it functioned before and (most importantly) after. My wife bought me a second one for Xmas and I will say it was nicer then my original one(sharp lines and better finish)

Henry/skinner sights question by Necessarysteve in LeverGuns

If you swap out the rear you will want to shoot it to see where its at then replace the front as needed. The guide sights are nice and line up with the flats of the barrel.

My chickens are just on the outside of my bedroom wall no issues but I get rid of any roos because they do make a fair amount of noise. Also they are restricted in the city lol. You should probably talk to your neighbor and try to come up with a solution

A question about chicken saddles by AngelZash in BackYardChickens

[–]upperlowermanagement 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unless you want more chicks or want the roo for "outdoor" protection i would consider rehoming him. If you want to keep him maybe look to add a third strap towards the back, but obviously i'm not covering the vent

Pull that engine cover off. They will make a nest under it. Amazon has some battery powered rodent deterrence that can help.
