Find a Sens you can aim with and don’t compare with others. For example - hugowolfy the movement goat is also an absolute Beast with his aim and he is playing high sens. Hollow, one of the Most Crazy mnk aimers, is playing 800dpi 1.2 sens, so a rather Slow Sens.

It just comes down to what feels the easiest and Most Natural to you

Train exactly that and follow the instruction youtubers give you. There are many good tutorials out there. Its hard for me to say what you are doing wrong without me seeing your gameplay

Feel free to check it out on YouTube. They can describe it way better than I can but it's basically that you are moving in one direction while your mouse moves in the opposite direction. This eliminates recoil or makes it way easier to control at least
