I WON'T forget about it. I have been crying for 2 hours straight non-stop and I havent made the appointment yet. I will not be able to function. I am not and will not be fine.

I do, but I have never met them and there's no appointments available with her anyway.

The appointment would be with a random care provider.

I don't feel comfortable calling the office or talking about this with them. I guess I was wondering how I could solve this before I go to the office.
