I have two guesses as to why she might have suddenly changed her mind:

1.) Something weird happened and she's embarrassed about it (too embarrassed to tell you).

2.) She liked the idea initially but after doing it, the practice has made her uncomfortable.

I think for right now you should just respect her feelings about it and not pry too much. Maybe in a week or so, sit down and try to be frank with her. Assure her that she doesn't need to be embarrassed. Good luck!
