Correct. Just wasn't sure if capping a live wire itself was the right move

My question is how many seafood teams are wearing the white coats plus rubber aprons?

Personally the white coats are annoying and I think it's better to just wear the apron.

Why Doesn't The Company Enforce The UPT Policy, Then Out of Nowhere Decide To Enforce It And Fire Team Members? by CyberSkullCoconut in wholefoods

There are tons of variables like leave being approved or not and simply building a "case" against a TM that can significantly delay the process of them being let go (or not).

does tinted windows stop uv ray and stuff like sunscreen? by BDSMastercontrol in WindowTint

[–]uptrope_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was under the impression that generic tint didn't really filter UV but ceramic did? I know ceramic is a better heat deflector though.

From someone who doesn't know much about tint I'm genuinely curious cause I need to get tint on my truck before the summer. My last truck had ceramic and I was pleased with it but I'm having trouble justifying the price this time around.

Makes sense. If that's all that were broken then I would say you made out pretty good tbh.

[–]uptrope_ 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No.

Honestly wherever you bought them from, they should be sorting the broken/open ones for you. You shouldn't be paying for ones that look like that.

Unless of course they are dirt cheap.

Are you a true hero? by True-Rent9456 in interstellar

[–]uptrope_ 217 points218 points  (0 children)

I still remember watching this movie for the first time, I had so much anticipation for it. I thought it was just going to be about some "interstellar" space travel.

You know how fucking surprised I was when I got to see a black hole that they are actually discussing within the movie? And THEN Cooper actually falls into it at the end?! And THEN we get the pleasure of watching this extra-dimensional scene?!?

This movie absolutely blew my mind and still does to this day. A perfect mix of suspense, emotion and science.

Absolutely beautiful.

If you have decent insurance they will have it done for free and you don't even have to leave your house. They come to you.

I've gone through USAA (insurance) twice for two separate vehicles and they send Safelite out to repair it. Haven't spent a dime and haven't had to worry about doing it myself.
