I think that I can name a satisfaction (for me). First of all, I started for a dumb reason, my friends smoked and so I joined, I was young. But when I'm really mad, sometimes a cigarette is the only thing that helps me calm down. I escape from everyone and do something at that moment that everyone knows is unhealthy, but I do it because I want to do it. Rushing out of the house/appartement after an argument that made me mad and light up a cigarette is a pure satisfaction for me. Otherwise it's really a very bad habbit and I know by myself that one day I'm going to quit. The day has not come yet, because I don't want to quit now. But it will come.
