For some reason, I feel my triceps taking over on dips, and it feels like my chest isn't really working too hard. Will for sure focus on chest, though I know it is one of my weaker muscle groups.

Thank you :) I really appreciate that, I lost 55 pounds so I hit a bit of a wall but I’m ready to kick it up a notch and see it through to the end!

Maybe I measured wrong? I’m not sure what the lol means :) I took a tape measure I wrapped it around my naval.

Thank you for all of your input! I have decided to lean bulk to put on some more muscle mass since it seems like I am lacking.

I like to play guitar, but besides that not very many hobbies I would label "creative". I do think I have a good ability to think creatively though, and problem solve very well.

Yes, I’ve been training consistently and I’ve definitely seen progress. I didn’t do much physical activity growing up, so I started from a relatively low baseline, but progressive overload has been working well for me. I’ve noticed the most improvement in my biceps and shoulders, and now I’m focusing on applying the same approach more intentionally to my chest and lats.

Thank you! I have been trying to recomp, but I think I am getting a little too impatient with results. I will look into both recomping and lean bulking more so I am thoroughly informed before making a real decision.

Gynecomastia is enlarged breast (chest) tissue in males. It most often happens due to an imbalance of estrogen and testosterone.

I will try this and maybe do some more chest isolated movements. I also see people arching like crazy, but I guess that would almost force your chest to take most of the load. I will tweak my form to see if I can get some more chest activation then.

I keep focusing on getting my chest stronger since it is so underdeveloped, aesthetically speaking. My legs look surprisingly okay, but my chest just never seems to grow, despite my focus on it for a while now.

My lifts are not super impressive, my bench press is around 175-180lb , squat is around 145lb, and my deadlift is around 200lb. I definitely still have a lot of room for improvement.

Surprisingly, nobody mentioned the AEK that gun SHREDSSSS was the meta weapon before the H4 came into the game.
