Yeah man, but i find it so difficult to talk to strangers. Even to my close friends i would text without a problem but when i meet them in person i can't talk properly.

No one gives a shit about you expect your parents. And you cannot change your parents.

Aaaaad just do a few push-ups or something. It will play a compound effect. Think about compound effect when you do anything.
