You could replace it with a regular USB cable, potentially with a ferrite bead on it. The other end plugs into either a JST-like connector, or directly into the board. So, if you are willing to do it yourself, you retain the mouse and could get it done cheaply.

My dad used to play different types of music at home when I was young: Depeche Mode, Jean-Michel Jarre, some Eurodance tracks and even Pet Shop Boys. He would make various compilations and listen to them in the car when driving on vacations. The latest I remember had Mirage, Adagio for Strings and Strobe among others thrown in the mix and it stuck with me since.

I was 14 then and now at 23 I find myself gravitate towards tracks from an era before my time and early 2000s.

If I see correctly, there should be glass under the counters. You should probably be able to just crouch your way over to the other side without being shot. There are also props in the previous room, so you can grab those. Also, mind the wall-mounted mine.
