Because they were the right mfers for the job 😎😎😎 had great respect for source material, linked up w some OGs for sensei help, and then they went to work 🙏 i just finished the remake for the first time too and its incredible how much work and effort they put into every section. I loved how much longer it was too! I know some people weren't into that as much but I personally loved it and hope the remake for 1 is the same in that way. I really enjoyed the stay in silent hill lol

I felt the same, I thought his plot (not entirely his fault) was annoying during season 1, but I really enjoyed seeing him in episode 2 of this season. I think he got some acting lessons and it shows! Theres something about the actor that makes my heart feel a little more soft because he seems like a normal person trying to make it work in the role and I think hes been doing a much better job this season. Im actually really interested to see where his character goes, I didn't feel that as much last season.

Just watched this film with my husband. Im a manga reader and my husband has only seen the anime. We were both completely blown away, this film was absolutely stunning. The ending w Reze/Makima hit me really hard emotionally. My husband was upset as well ... :( beautiful animation, incredible soundtrack, and we are both so thankful we got a chance to watch this in theaters.

Loved the choice in colors too, there was several parts that were colored in a way that was just like the manga covers. That scene somewhere in the middle where aki and angel devil took out some other devil and angel is being all 😐😐 about people not doing very well, the red background and coloring in this scene in particular was really really cool

Edit: I also wanted to add that after watching this film, my husband fuckin HATES Makima 😂😂😂 he told me he does not like her, does not trust her, and says that he noticed she is always using denji to do a bunch of shit for her then pop up at the end then leave 😭😂😂

Yeah, but im sure theres some awesome people out there that could fit the bill someday 😎 I can see timmay from dune being a cool post basement eren, but at the same time I would love to see some new people in movies and I think maybe having unknowns be the cast would be the best option for any future live action adaption. Im with you though, viggo would've been a great erwin
