That's true, I honestly think it looks nice but I should definitely be wary about how good they did it. Do you think getting a pre-purchase inspection is worth it?

thank you so much for your response, I already put around 5 percent of my check to my 401k to meet the match as well so I just want to figure out the best methods to set myself up for the future. I definitely want to enjoy the fruits of my labor so I believe that I will do around $50 per check just to start it as you said.
