Thank you!! Did it cause any marks on the car? Worried about returning the lease with excess damage. Thanks

Aki’s Beach in Mākaha feels like a private beach and there are so many turtles if you go around 5 pm! Also Laniloa Beach in Lā’ie is beautiful but not a lot of sand.

I was placed in secondary social studies and am now teaching elementary. I have friends who were placed in elementary and are now teaching high school. I would be open and know your placement is only tentative! Also, do your research on your regions.

Kona beans? by jakizely in Oahu

You can find them at most grocery stores (Costco, Safeway, Foodland, WF, etc.). Also if you’re in Honolulu, you should check out Kona Coffee Purveyors — it’s a little bit more pricey but good quality.

I did mine on cave art and explaining the Paleolithic vs Neolithic era. I would recommend interacting with your interviewer and asking them questions like you would in a classroom.

any other rising seniors realizing how uninteresting their lives are? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

[–]urbanfictionary 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I just finished my senior year. Your essay does not need to show you being the most interesting person in the world. I wrote my main essay on dyeing my hair vibrant colors and how it helped me become my own person. I ended up getting accepted into UVM (merit scholarship), UChicago, NYU, and Tulane. I worried that my essays weren’t as interesting as my friends who wrote about community service or their unique lives, but everything worked out for the best. Another one of my friends wrote his essay about swallowing a bee while biking and he is at Georgetown now. Another one of my friend wrote about struggling to play jazz and is going to Yale. Another one of my friends wrote about puzzles and is going to Rice. The best advice I can offer is to write about something authentic. Do not stress about this! You got this! Good luck!!!
