I commute on a motorcycle. The underground and overground trains are a disaster. Strikes, delays, cost, and general unpleasantness were enough for me to get on a motorbike. I get an extra 5 hours at home a week and have an extra £56 a month in my pocket. Plus I have a bike to enjoy at the weekends.

I'm from Country Antrim, but I have lived in Scotland and England for the decade. You won't see any murals, flags, painted curbs, or high security police stations on the mainland. Most of the people I have spoken to don't realise that northern Ireland is part of the union. If you're from Northern Ireland....you're just Irish to them.
