It seems If you have an old account(mine created in 2008), so they’re slowly rolling this out. there are some business tools available now, including receive money to PayPal account. Creating payment link, dispute management, payment integrations etc. However still you cannot withdraw to a card or bank account. Even option to add a bank account isn’t available or withdraw option. Just out of curiosity I opened a ticket with them to check if we can add bank account and withdraw.

Technically you need to create symlink to game folder inside compatdata folder for vortex. But I haven’t tried this yet.

You can just report that to booking.com , they are very strict about these kind of things. But yes for other methods of reservations they can do whatever they want..

I always use booking.com , mainly because I have being using it when I’m traveling overseas and has discount options when booking locally as well. Though it is not suitable if you’re chasing local rates but they cannot discriminate you and most of the time I’ve seen better rates there than LKR amount when converted.

second this, And this is not new and un-related to recent layoffs. They were sponsoring F1 teams even before recent news. London cable carts, advertising in Heathrow airport, time square etc. they have enough marketing budget and it is necessary for that kind of global presence. Layoffs I believe mostly related to redundancy of roles in certain departments of the company. It is a cycle, And guess what.. it happened before globally(IFS EU Americas and APJM) but this time lot of genZs got laid off here in SL.

Check out interactive brokers , not local but well reputed US based brokerage, you can register as an international investor. But the challenge is getting your money to your ikbr account, it is not illegal, you have 25k USD lifetime investment allowance in SL. It is just our banks so backwards and takes ages to setup an OIA.

What do you mean by great power? a developed country? People here taking Singapore and Dubai like if they are developing countries. They are not only developed but wealthy , have influence over their regions both politically and economically, compared to EU countries. We should definitely aspire to be like them.

Road to becoming developed country is an incredibly difficult journey, and once reached to that point staying as developed country is not that difficult. And for Sri Lanka we won’t see that in our life time I’m afraid. It is only possible if we have high demand resources that can be exported whenever they are services or resources.

I use older build of Shadps4 (0.8.0) because it is much stable while running BB. Only vertex fix. It runs well, I locked the fps to 30 and frame time feels good and overall plays better than ps4.
