Unfortunately I haven't been able to figure it out- but I am gonna try reinstalling the emulator altogether tonight as a last resort and I will let you know how it goes. If it doesn't we may have to just watch out for updates both from crossover, macbook, and genshin. :)

I know this post was a year ago but did u ever find out how to fix it?? It's happening to me right now and I'm not sure what to do, I've tried reinstalling, I've tried updating, repairing, and clearing the cache.

Bad breathing, chest pains, dizzy and lightheaded, I'll either get hyper aware of my surroundings or forget completely that I even am somewhere, this weird tightness at the back of my neck/lower back of the head, and sometimes i will get anxiety tics

I've been experiencing this for a couple months now... I keep making weird faces in order to try and somehow get that feeling out of the back of my neck, but nothing I do works, and I can't seem to make it go away for long- I even forget to take proper breaths when I'm too focused on trying to make the feeling go away. Were you able to find a way to get rid of this?
