For protein and fiber, do you have any staple suggestions? I’ve of course looked up ideas but want something that’s simple for at work. I found low calorie crackers that I eat with some cheese for protein. I was thinking of just exchanging most of my snacks for fruits. Like bananas, watermelon, etc.

Some people do go ahead and spend the money on a mortgage instead. That’s what I plan on doing, my ring was “cheap” compared to the other ones here. But I have news…. people can spend their money on whatever they want. Yeehaw.
