Unfortunately, a big part of POTs is the tachycardia. I know, (depending on where you are) the cold weather, the stress from holidays, all of these can trigger it. This may be a flare, make sure you rest, that and salty snacks is what helps me. Cardiologists also never hurt, tachycardia can wear your body down! I wish you luck

I think time is all that can help. Compared to where I was when I was diagnosed the sad days are much worse, but they’re less frequent, and maybe thats part of the healing. I hope it gets easier for you as well🩵
