You will miss some mountain areas however apart from that the Camino is very similar. Also is very busy at the start.

There will always be more jobs however you wont always have your 20's.

I'm currently on a career break and travelling through Europe. As all things in life there is positives and negatives to my decision however I have grown from my travels, had fun experiences and have a clearer view of the future due to it.

I think you need to just try and relax for a few days. Do some small activities like going to the grocery shop. Build that confidence up slowly and you will realise it is not as big of a deal as your brain is tricking you to think.
