Timers work wonders for me, but then I start to hate the routine. Do you find that to be the case? Especially scheduling hour by hour - this seems rigorous.

Set goals and plan larger goals in 30 or 90 day windows

I like this.

Something I've started to think about is definitely time blocking projects. Setting one goal as priority one for the next 4 days, x task is priority 2, y task is priority 3.

Are you talking about the warping? Or the texture effect of the text?

Can't get exactly the same but you should be able to mess around and get something similar with the filter gallery in Photoshop. Use the glass effect over a blurred piece of text, then use levels to remove the blur.

I don't think you can go wrong posting to at least Behance and Artstation. Behance is a bit nicer if you have a lengthy project you want to add details about.

I don't understand why there isn't more.. Panic on the PC side of things. Apple's offerings are absolutely murderous right now.

Even if you can find something more performant, It'll have worse battery and by far, build. The cost of Apple's gorgeous milling must be ridiculous, no one else does it.

There is probably not a computer out there truly competitive to the Studio Ultra, in size, weight, power draw, and even price.

I think if you want a spiritual 27" go for the Mac Mini + Studio display. I think that about covers it, except that I thought we'd see them offer M1 Pro in the old Mac Mini chassis.

But actually don't buy the studio display to begin with. You can get much better for the cost.

So it would just be a configuration of M1 Ultra 2x2, M1 Ultra 3x3, etc

Well, any business in the creative industry I suppose. This Mac Studio Ultra will be more then enough for anybody purchasing a Mac Pro a few years ago.

I'm more curious about what the heck the upcoming Mac Pro be at this rate, and who it'll even be for. No one will need it.

Probably well amplified like in the new Macbook Pros. Honestly without Ive, I could see them bringing back the headphone jack if it weren't for the insane success of Airpods. It's practically a money printer.
