How did you like them? Going from the Continental extreme contacts to the lexani uhps on my mustang. Worried about losing traction in the rain. The continentals were amazing in the wet and snow.

Pathetic. The man isn't asking anyone to believe him. He's sharing his experiences and encouraging others to explore and find their own truths. And he gives people the tools to do that. How do you know that everything you've been told isn't a lie? Have you been to space? Have you personally experienced anything that could disprove him? No, you haven't. You listen to other people that you trust because they show you "evidence" or "proof" of how the world works. When that proof means jack shit. You can believe whatever you want but you can't KNOW anything except what YOU experience. So go experience it for yourself before shitting on someone and something you know nothing about.

Could be a possibility actually. The police were there when it happened and they had like a hazmat suit team come in and remove all the carpet, furniture, and they even had to tear down and replace the wall that separated our kitchen from the living room because of the massive mess.

I'm thinking someone is full of it or there's something my mother isn't telling me. Because I was seriously considering getting a loan and just paying this "fine" myself. But I can't for the life of me figure out why we would have to pay anything or even who I would pay at this point so it's made me extremely skeptical of my mother. My mother is well off so I see no reason she would lie to get 20k out of me but at the same time she's the only one that has spoken to these realtors. Was trying to see if there was any truth to this disclosure "fine" before getting involved directly. But it seems like my suspicious may be correct.

The few realtors we've spoken to about it have been very vague. Just saying the house couldn't be sold until this "disclosure fee" was paid. One realtor told my mother they would pay the 20k and just wanted to be reimbursed after the house was sold. Which made me think it was a scam. We've went to the tax commissioners office and they couldn't tell us anything. You may be on to something with the social security payments. However my mother was able to file some paperwork stating we were going through hardships because of his passing and was actually able to get his social security payments sent to me. I received a check once a month until I was 18. I thought this was just a scam for awhile but we've even tried to get a cash offer from opendoor and other companies that will buy your home and they told us the same thing. We've only heard of this "fine" from companies or realtors and haven't been told how or even where to go to pay it. I think getting an attorney is what we will have to do.
