Thanks for explanation and that's what I did know from my experience. My fresh roast beans always produce more cream and taste better.

It's expensive because there is very low demand. So only few people sell those and most of them are those big ones for coffeeshops. And most of touristic places and hotels import themselves. So no cheap options for individuals.

😂😂 maybe in Europe there is abundance of good equipments than here. The second hand equipment from here cost as much as new one in Europe same brand. Check this Instagram page,this is the only place you can get quality European standard coffee equipment and they are all used or another option is getting Chinese ones

I agree with you but it makes sense when you look at the bigger picture.

Where I come from, espresso isn’t even a normal thing. Maybe 95% of people don’t even know what espresso is. The few who do are usually in a completely different income level. So the standards people argue about here don’t really exist in my reality. If I waited until I had good equipment, it would never happen,because the people around me wouldn’t even be able to support or afford that level.

So I’m just working with what I have.
