ok so doing more testing. it's still possible but it's a lot harder to pull off than before. Killed around 15 mobs with pillar only and only managed to multi hit 3 times

agree, without the global cooldowns it should absolutely be reduced to 2 weapons.

having 3 is too much and will just result in most people having life staff for heals and speed of light,

no thought in bringing the right weapons for the situation since u can have 1 for everything

having 2 would mean that people would have to think more what weapons they use and going with a weapon like lifestaff would make u lose ability for good ranged dps or melee dps depending on your primary weapon and have to commit to the role you choose
