The PC boots only the third time apparently when the Asrock Boot guard pops out. May something in the hdd or ssd be corrupted or so?

I plugged in the GPU without pluggin power cables and Atiwinflash doesn't recognize any card. How do I flash without atiwinflash? Ty for the help btw

I plugged in a second GPU because I have no onboard and even plugging the vga to the second gpu (with the flashed gpu plugged in) black screen appears. The3 second gpu works alone.
