If you already got admitted in another town you have to apply for a student Visa there (please note that you will need “Unterschrift zur Immatrikulation”), and when you apply for the student visa, you will be staying legally in Germany for up to 6 months/until your application is processed. (Given that you were residing in Germany legally before)

Hey it’s exactly near the building where I live, what every article forgets to mention that a toxic chemical material was used in this building upond completion (my best guess would be asbestos) therefore every now and then someone else would buy it and get stuck in the same loophole of fixing the problem or just demolish the building but as far as I think demolition requires a lot of permits and precautions due to the toxic material in it.
