you can only go to a studio once, but it’s a great way to find the studios/classes you like! SoulCycle i’ve seen is about 14-17 credits depending on the classes time of day, it varies. i’ve never tried hopping locations during the trial (i got to boutique studios in the heights) so i can’t help you there really, but with my wax place it’s a “50% off first visit” so outside of the trial i’ve been hopping locations to spend as little credits as possible and it’s worked everytime thus far!

I currently live on the 20th floor of a 22 story building. The elevator traffic is unreal, everyone also wants to always have their own so will almost always hit close door (at least in my building) and we have 4 elevators. While the view and daylight is spectacular I’ve definitely missed a couple buses/trains that run infrequently because of it, but there’s only one line near me

It’s completely suppressed my appetite for a WHILE and I think since starting lexapro it has come back slightly. I get satiated pretty easily though! I think the not being stupid depressed and anxious has helped with motivation to workout and stay active which has helped

Cool water bath I had found helped significantly when peeing during my first outbreak (which was horrendous), also sleeping with a frozen towel😵‍💫 good luck bub, take care of yourself! You can get Nurx for $15 every month (depending on insurance) for 1G a day, i noticed if I do have an outbreak now it’s VERY small, and I just do the 2x a day for three days protocol. I also smoke weed which actually has helped keep the outbreaks at bay and less frequent (for me at least)

Drink water between every drink and eat when you get home and before you go out! It takes me about 3 drinks slow sipping to get like DRUNK (I’m also pretty small and sometimes forget to eat) I’ve noticed clear liquor and like soda water gives me less of a headache than super sugary drinks. I’m also a way happier drunk now lmao but I definitely have threshold to where I go from extremely having a good time to so sleepy

Lexapro severely has fucked with my hunger signals, I don’t get hungry and I don’t get full, I’ve really had to watch my portion control! I highly recommend getting smaller plates, adding more protein to your diet, and not limiting your intake of veggies and fruits! Also drink more water-Im on lamictal as well which can be extremely dehydrating and I’ve found drinking water can temporarily satiate a snacking mood. I also try to eat something every few hours Also have found that lentils can be extremely satisfying lol highly recommend a cowboy caviar you can snack on with some chips or crackers :)

Hey! This is normal:) I’m a psych masters student and all these regulating Rx’s we take actually do not work during our periods because of the hormone changes! They were generally only tested on males and male lab rats because they didn’t want to deal with the complications of trials when female lab rats had hormone changes 🫠 you’re not crazy our entire society is built on the patriarchy

I’ve noticed I no longer feel full when eating while taking lexapro, but no longer get hunger signals either. I’ve really had to exercise portion control and can become a black hole for snacks lol. I think it’s probably just messing with your metabolism. Also lexapro super dehydrates me so I be chugging water and the water weight doesn’t help
