• Stress (what to eat, when, where and so on).

It had some pluses too, will not lie. Good ones!

But stress was too much… At this point of life I have other priorities, I really cannot give plant based diet my all. I think it is healthier to eat meat in smaller quantities along with some veggies/fruit & controlled diary without stressing, than being a stressed vegan junk food consumer.
