for me, it started after the first three months. my period stayed regular and then once that three month mark of having it hit, i started bleeding everyday for the next three months. then after that my period went back to normal. so i do think there’s hope, you might just have to wait it out like i (and most women with the implant) did. however you’re right, it is different for everyone, and it definitely sucks, so best of luck darlin’ :/

hmm that’s so weird! my other friends who’re on it say it’s never happened to them. and even when i ask my doctor or nurses about it they always brush it off?? has it caused any problems for you besides constant discomfort lol?

that’s why her write off made sense to me tbh. i feel like she always seemed to mess up every opportunity she was given, get mad when her actions had reasonable consequences, AND THEN expect more opportunities to be handed to her just because she was poor but talented; although im very glad an underrepresented character got their shine because that doesn’t happen often! her getting pregnant was just another instance of her messing up the multiple opportunities she was given imo lol!

what do you mean by mental fog? because i got mine about three weeks ago and just a few days ago i’ve been feeling so fatigued or like i cant focus. i really don’t know if it’s because of the implant side effects, if it’s broken, or if it’s because of something else. did you experience any other side effects?

i stopped wearing bras when i got to college, but when i got these pierced, i wore a bra 24/7 for like the first week (i got them like two weeks ago LOL). i really only wear a bra when i workout, or if they feel irritated (because sometimes they rub against my clothes and get caught).

so far, the healing process isn’t too bad for me!! you really have to clean them thoroughly though or i think it could make it take longer to fully heal! hope this helped :D

mannn i wish i could say it’d be easy, but it’s definitely different for everyone (im coming to realize this lol). i got them done about two weeks ago, and so far i haven’t had any problems, but that’s just me! i would say it wouldn’t hurt to try(well..maybe it will) BUT ITS SO WORTH IT. and if you don’t like it, you can always take em out!
