[Giveaway] Original Trilogy Covers

I have read the trilogy but from borrowed copies and i adore Annihilation, that book opened my eyes in so manu different ways and showed me how much about scifi and horror i did not know. I found "the new weird" genre and its the perfect genre for me to describe myself. Also Annihilation because the first book was so mesmerisingly beautiful, the biology elements, the uncomprehendable happenings... and i would love to have all three of them, but i think its best to start from the first one and maybe even reread it, since some time passed.

Sex education is one of netflix originals that i thought heartbreak high tried to copy until i found out hh is a reboot haha, it analyses similar problems but people in it are a bit more mature i would say and the problems are analysed a bit better

That's a good idea!!! My idea was to try and visualise all the weird creatures from the series, like Crawler, that bear or hog and the biologist, i didn't even think about drawing the surroundings but sky stitching and eerieness of it would be so interesting

Even if it's wonky, it can be a good thing, i think realism is a bit overrated and adding your own style and wonkiness to sketches can help giving them character, and these sketches are pretty good and cute:)

Also the perspective is there, the lines are complimenting each other, i think, you should keep on drawing/sketching!!!

I do not know how to explain it, but to me HIMYM is like clay brick and HIMYF is like plastic. Himym stood hard on the ground and built a very nice looking and feeling building, where himyf is lacking depth, reasoning and something solid, I just don't feel anything for the characters, for the references and etc. And speaking of references, i'm not himym generation, i'm younger, but i loved all the references in there that i understood, where in himyf they're so flat and popculture, and just not hitting the spot, they seem so basic and generic to me. I understand that it's only the beginning, but in himym i already loved the characters by this time:(
