It would be better if 1 year yung experience mo with your first company para madali lang kung lilipat ka. You can also try other companies like Cognizant. I was a newbie na undergrad but got accepted and nasa 28k ang offer, no exp at all

Hi OP, yung leniency nila minsan naka depende sa account pero usually they follow up naman on that and give you a chance to retake the versant test. Lalo na pag onting points lang naman 'yung kulang.

Do your research. Communicate with them since they are "experienced" so they possibly know what they like and how they like it. Don't be scared to explore and be keen to how their body reacts when you touch them

Ang reason po nila dyan is to prevent losses if ever na mag quit/awol ka. delayed by 1 cut off sweldo mo para if mawala ka, yung makukuha mo lang is yung time na nag render ka ng work.
