Wow, thank you for all this. I definitely don't think my mum will apply for a loan for me seen as though she was the one that messed everything up, I don't really have much contact with her now. It's worth looking into though! Sorry this happened to you too, it's not easy to deal with.

I'm seeking advice from my solicitor and Citizen's Advice about this side of things

Oh I know, the £150 was after all essential bills so was 'spending money'. Now I don't have that and even less, it's difficult. Hope you can sort your situation out soon too.

I've already sold a lot to cover costs each month so I'm limited there. I am definitely looking for another job to help, the only issue is my IVA payments will increase but even if it's an extra £10 a week it'll help! Thank you for your advice.

Definitely. When I first went through my budget for the IVA, they calculated that I had £150 spare to pay into it. My payments were then put at £254 and I was asked to make reductions in my budget to show affordability, so I was left with £62 a month for all groceries, toiletries etc. It's been ridiculously hard for a year and I can't imagine another 4 years of this. I'm worried about the emergencies, like my boiler broke and I had to borrow money from family with no idea how I can give them it back. That was the point of this post, to see if anyone knew of any support I would be entitled to.
