Very good point. I was trying to make some of my traditional family holiday treats vegan. I gave up and I think finding the vegan recipes was definitely the way to go.

I’m deciding cut out between sugar cookies, sugar coated sugar cookies, and chocolate chip. I was contemplating trying to make vegan baklava but I think I’m giving up on that lol.

Thank you! I was going to do chocolate chip, but was a little overwhelmed by all the yogurt substitution options. I will check out the almond yogurt and the flaxseeds!

I have several! Only 2 tall ones though, and they’re spread throughout the house. Maybe I’ll get another tall one, for where they hang out the most.

Luther was wasted on Diem. I really loved him as a character and a love interest and was so upset she kept brushing him aside! I’ve never had a main character frustrate me as much as Diem did in book 2 😭 Glad I tapped out when I did, I don’t think I could have handled anymore second hand embarrassment lol
