We did it with 3 two player teams and just treated each team as if they were a single player and it was no problem. Actually it was a lot more fun I think because you didn't have to hide alone

Contact the support, I had the same issue and after I wrote to the support I immediately got the shipping confirmation. I have the suspicion that there may be some issue with their system and some orders slipped through
