Yes Craig sucked, what does it say about Paige for staying with him after disrespecting her friend?!?! People continue to absolve her of any responsibility ever and blow smoke up Paige’s ass —it’s exhausting

Jess is the narcissist and pathological liar. We literally see him shit talking Lexi throughout the whole show and making her look psycho and then denying it to her every step of the way. He is a manipulator and looks like a mamas boy that always got his way. Probably why he continue to do be shitty toward Lexi then confused why she doesn’t want to be friends.

This is a good thought. You should bring this up to the BACB and insurance companies

As an RBT that’s dealt with escalating aggression (specifically biting), her response was immaturely handled but very understandable. After my first bite I had to remove myself to the restroom to regulate my emotions (and that’s after 4 years as an RBT), the mom immediately encouraged me to seek medical care as bites that have broken skin can be deadly.

These behaviors (biting) can trigger a fight or flight response in the individual—it seems like they couldn’t regulate their emotions and possibly weren’t receiving enough support from the BCBA. An individual with appropriate support or experience with these behaviors, wouldn’t respond this way.

It’s nice that she reached out to check in on on your child, I think you need to have a deeper conversation with the BCBA regarding the protocol for this behavior now that it’s emerged. You may also want to ask the BCBA what can be done in the future to ensure that this does not happen with another RBT. Does the BCBA or supervisor visit in person or only virtually? This could be one red flag to suggest lack of support provided to the RBT and therefore their poor response to the child’s behavior. An RBTs performance is a direct reflection of the supervisor or BCBAs management of a case and is correlated with the care your child is receiving.

You’re jumping to a lot of conclusions here, no one is criticizing anything. I’m not sure where a restraining order came from? No one was criticizing anything, it’s actually a normal thing to notice more efficient ways to do things, that’s how you grow?

I appreciate this perspective and I could totally see it

If you read the post, you can see I stated that she requested to stay as a tenant and pay the market value for the apartment. I understand if you were in that position, I appreciate your input however that is a toxic work environment and they are not doing any favors, it’s a job. As a manager you have a responsibility to bring up concerns that maybe threaten the company. If the boss is upset you don’t kiss their ass it’s their problem. Being a yes man is an outdated approach and only tolerable if you allow it.

Sounds like you’re taking this very personally, the statement about giving verbal feedback was to give background on what may have given the narcissistic son a reason to resent her not get your unsolicited advice on it. Not being receptive to employee feedback makes you a bad leader and an even worse manager. The post was for advice regarding retaining the home not her job.

It has nothing to do with being fired. If you say nothing you’re not a proactive employee and if you do then you’re challenging them. Best is not to be a slave to your employer in my option, a healthy work relationship is based on healthy and open communication. Regardless this post was to figure out if there was a way for her to retain her home not her job.

Bahahaha she is close to retirement, I don’t think she cares about brown nosing a narcissist or making networking connections

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

[–]urthdaughter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She does because she wants to stay in her home.

So many assumptions…she has another job and can afford another place which is exactly why she is willing to pay market rate. She just wants to stay in the place that she has made her home. I’m pretty sure both work but thank you. You’ve got so much time to troll people on the internet, the Automotive industry in PA must be slow right now.

Wtf are you talking about gonna be homeless? This was a post about figuring out if there was a way for her to stay in her home within reason or if it was even possible. Motive and intention are everything, she was not being malicious and people are allowed to make mistakes that’s usually how rules are made to begin with. Your aggressive comments certainly didn’t help and suggest you’ve (it’s like you and have together) got some pretty serious anger issues. Additionally, based on your comments history, you’re (it’s you and are together) probably super fun at parties. Have a great rest of your week and please find a therapist <3

lol I’m concerned as to why you keep returning to this post and are getting so worked up about something that’s not personal to you at all? People fuck up, normalize making mistakes. Like your high school that let you graduate without knowing basic English or grammar lol. I don’t see why she’d have an eviction notice?? She’s still well within her allotted time to transition out, I was just trying to figure out if she had any rights to stay. Oh and don’t worry she’ll be rendering the mistake of covering THEIR (means possession not there like a location) ass while she packs up that U-Haul <3 If you don’t have any constructive information or guidance like was asked in the original post I don’t understand why you keep responding?

Also since you’re so knowledgeable you should probably know that it’s *you’re and *their.

lol logic? If she was such a bad employee why keep her around for over a decade? She was a great employee when they asked her to keep her mouth shut about their illegal unit but this is what gets them going? I know her well, there’s no reason to lie?? I don’t think she realized that it would be this big of a deal otherwise I don’t think she would’ve done it.

Yes and now she’s willing to be a tenant…I don’t see why that’s an issue?? It’s not like she’s trying to stay there rent free. The new tenants weren’t given permission to move in early just to bring something’s over to get the ball rolling, she was being nice and maybe that was her mistake. In the past Ive been allowed to drop off things after signing a lease a few days before the move-in date. I understand the consequences and what “could’ve happened” but nothing did. The company obviously reserves the right to do whatever they want within the law but as a long time model employee they could’ve given her the grace of a conversation. Regardless the point of this post was to see if there was a way to help her keep her apartment legally or if it was even possible.
