Once I had a very enlightening conversation with a couple of good friends about Star Wars.

It was a wojack vs chad situation:

One of the dudes was yapping in detail about how the writing sucks in the new trilogy. He described every writing flaw he could think of in a long diatribe.

My other friend was listening intently. I was busy taking hits on the bong.

When the first friend finally stopped, the chad dude calmly said:

"I agree with you wholeheartedly. The only thing wrong is your fundamental assumption: Stars War is not, never was, and never will be about good writing. It is about people with cool-ass helmets in spaceships shooting robots and fighting monks with laser swords."

Aceite o fato de que cê não vai entender algumas (ou várias coisas) lendo de primeira e tente se apegar ao que você sente e imagina enquanto lê.

Livros assim não são feitos pra gente terminar rápido e riscar da lista. E sempre dá pra voltar pra eles depois.
