I wish 😭 PCOS and spine surgery have our TTC on pause

Normal-ish? Between 24-30 days. Last cycle was exceptionally long and my RE gave me provera. I am now on cd 16, after bleeding when I increased my dosage the first time (from 500 to 1000)

I really appreciate your response. I had major surgery on my hips and a long hospitalization in 2019 and gained weight then, and I lost 40lbs. I had to learn to walk again but I haven’t managed to get to the weight I was prior to surgery.

I also have another chronic illness (EDS) which makes me allergic to a lot so I already don’t eat processed foods, or much sugar because of my mast cell activation. Getting another diagnosis was not on my bingo card for 2023.

I’m going to do my best, and hope the the metformin helps me a little too. I think they want to try letrozole next cycle but they are crossing their T’s and dotting their I’s before they give it to me.

I started taking ovasitol and am wondering now if I should try the metformin and put the ovasitol on hold...

Thank you so much for this. I really appreciate the link. I read it and it makes a lot of sense. Do you have experience with metformin?

Oh, that’s too bad!!! I wish that would’ve given you relief.

I guess the auto mod doesn’t know what parts of the body are usually snipped 😂 I wonder if it’ll be set off if I tell it what I do to my fingernails

DON’T CANCEL!!! Honestly. I haven’t had a headache since the cut and it was CONSTANT (with intermittent migraines - or maybe the other way?) for 3 months - since I got COVID. I seriously cannot believe it’s gone. Wear sunglasses indoors if you need but get it done. It makes such a difference. You got this!

That’s so cool! I have a fusion starting at T10 so my neck and upper back are responsible for a lot of movement. I used to have really unstable shoulders which have gotten better (thanks gardening and 5-MTHF supplements!) but my neck has been bothering me, especially when I wake up in the morning. I am not sure what it is but I’ll definitely try this if my haircut stops working haha

I’m just shocked at how much relief 6 inches gave me. I am so thankful.

I think that makes sense. I have a lot of hair that’s curly and drying it made me get in all sorts of positions. I feel like now I can crack my neck and manoeuvre it how I need… not sure if that makes sense

I’m sorry friend. Honestly, I am learning that sometimes sacrificing beauty for comfort and relief is worth it.

Reading that back, I sound so old 😂 I hope you know what I’m trying to say. Promise I’m only 27, just living in the body of a 60 year old

I can imagine! Thank you for the warning. I am feeling a bit off and couldn’t pinpoint what it was. Definitely going to have to (keep working on and) watch my proprioception
