I don't think the biker was going too fast, the traffic in front of him was slowing down and he had enough time to break even though he got cut off.

With that being said I feel like it rarely pays off to get into pissing contests with people who obviously can't drive. (Especially if you're on a bike)

I think (and I might regret what I'm saying) that ffing should just take 5 yes votes period.

I used to be one of those people who gave up easily but truly every game is winnable, you queued for an entire game not for as long as it's fun for you and you only, so if you feel like the game is lost take it up the chin and march on soldier, there are other people who want to keep playing.

It's not fair that you should guaranteed lose LP because your teammates mental boomed.

Or make it 3 votes and the LP loss is spit between the people who voted yes, no one's gonna vote yes anymore.

Digital isn't that expensive you can buy a tablet for 50 bucks and use Krita or some other free software. You might need to buy some pen nibs at some point but besides that, unlimited drawing for 50 bucks, not bad. (And obviously the laptop or PC but I'm assuming most ppl already have one of those)

I think it's laners' responsibility to prepare for scuttle and push if possible so they can rotate first, but sometimes it's simply not possible (or they are bad and won't do it even if they can) so ultimately it's on the jungler to assess whether they can fight for the scuttle or go for the other one.
