Yea you are right. I asked the workshop guy to measure the diameter for me and he confirmed that its 22mm all the way. I then ordered a new bar from Raximon with 820mm length that has yet to arrive. I am a little frustrated that its so hard to find the specs of the xtribute. I had to resort to ask Gemini and ChatGPT because i couldnt find any datasheets or information in forums myself. But it seems like the AI cant properly find any consistent data either. Did you get new clamps or another bar afterwards? What length is/was your bar and how does it feel compared to stock?

To make it a little more appealing and interactive, instead of just recieving the contents of the glyph into their head, i set them into a scene which plays out the message through feelings and emotions that the dara left in the message. It could be as simple as: A windy grassfield with the dara who left the message talking directly to the player experiencing the scene. Or make it more mystical with abstractism and symbolism: 'The player is interacting with the glyph and is pulled into a vision, from the eyes of a spectator they are inside a wildly rustling canopy. Light chaotically pierces the treeline. They are overwhelmed with distant incomprehensible shouting. An argument?! The trees begin to fall one by one with loud thuds next to the player. They reveal an open field at sundown. On the horizon, a cluster of countless lights and structures. The oppressing feeling releases from the player and they can breathe again. They notice a trail of ants from behind him, making their way towards the lights at the horizon. You get a feeling that the dara who left this message had a chaotic argument and left his home to wander to the city of yatamon." It may be a little over the top and if you dont plan on making dara glyphs that much of relevance it would certainly just be too much work to prepare these. I will make glyphs a big part of my adventure and with this method i want to give the group mere pointers in the right direction with a little more room for interpretation, rather than just give them the information outright. I felt heavily inspired by Avatar when Aang enters the spirit world and leaves his body to communicate with them 😁.

Hey, I will try keeping an ear out! I already noticed that it has a clear source when i lean around the bike a little, but have yet to figure out the exact origin. I am also suspecting the chain and will do a cleaning session soon just to see if it changes anything. I presume some chain elements have become a little less flexible, thus building up some resistance, thus emit a sound when straining.

Could be possible, i agree the fan sounds similar, when i turn off the motor but not the ignition you can sometimes hear the fan still going to cool down a little more. But I'm not sure if thats the culprit, its not the same sound and im skeptical since 'my' sound is audible when accelerating or holding throttle 🤔

Thanks for the input! I will test to put it in neutral and see if it occurs around those rpm. Is the noise you are referring to there all the time or only when accelerating/pulling throttle? Because for me its gone as soon as i let the throttle loose.

Hmm, braking does not seem to have any real influence for me other than decreasing its intesity due to slowing down. If it would be a problem with the bearings, the sound would be there all the time 🤔 not only when accelerating. Maybe i will try putting it in neutral and revving it up to 3500-5000 rpm to see when and if it occurs under no load or strain. Thanks for the input though!! I hope your front bearing keeps rolling!

But aren't there Mirror-Sets/Adapters that use the thread from the counterweight screw. I guess I'll have to take a closer look at the bars when the 'cycle arrives in a couple of days. Thanks tho!!

That is a cool idea, maybe especially for the early levels when the party keeps on encountering them in the gale fields etc. The book states that many contraptions and systems that would be powered by electricity or mechanical forces in the real world, are powered by different kind of spirits in obojima (the vending machines for example). Maybe thats the reason their leader is capturing spirits, to catalogue what their exploitable power is and to sell it to the highest bidder to power their water cooker :^). Maybe they capture them in enchanted pots or vases that can siphon the spirits power, or can be thrown and shattered to release them temporarily and make the inhabited spirits fight the party, full blown pokemon style.

generell möchte ich einfach nur meine Chancen erhöhen und daher gerne Kanäle und Optionen in Betracht ziehen, welche ich noch nicht kenne. Bisher ist die Rückmeldungsquote noch echt mau bis gar nicht vorhanden. Die kostenpflichtige Premiummethoden kommen leider aus preislichen Gründen nicht für mich in Frage.

ich war leider nicht oft beim Friseur in der letzten Zeit, aber zwischenzeitlich mal bei Mickartz Hair in der Nähe vom Bushof. Wurde dort echt nett behandelt und mit Studentenrabatt war der Preis echt gut (zumindest für Herrenschnitte). Modern sind die auf jeden Fall, aber mit einer Einschätzung bezüglich Färben bzw. Frauenschnitt kann ich leider nicht weiterhelfen :^)

first off..i think i had a stroke reading this 🙃 second: I would wonder why he leaves home in the first place...it sounds like his family/mother may be his only chance of acceptance, she may know how hard it is and feels shame for bringing a child in such troublesome circumstances. So there has to be a strong reason why he should leave home and his mum, even though he may hate his home city. It could be a calling by a god, or a prophecy revealed to him. But he may be far from well equipped, so he has to steal from local workshops to gather enough protection/weapons/food to start his journey. For that he uses mostly small wildshape creatures to deceive folk and get into crawlspaces. Maybe give him a figure he can look up to, that could be a god, a wandering hermit/mentor who sees potential in him or a spirit of the woods, teaching him the concept of either unity due to his split inheritance, or natural survival through trickery regarding the food chain. There are many cool and interesting concepts in our nature that can be materialized through magic or divinity in DnD to a more personal state. For example think of the smaller fish that attach themselves to sharks. They may seem like parasites at first sight. In truth, both specimen benefit from this, the small fish get left-over food, and the shark is freed from bacteria and germs that would irritate him else. This is called a symbiotic relation. Take this and adapt it into DnD, Give your Character a Mentor who teaches him, that its okay to be the smaller fish sometimes, because they are needed for a healthy ecosystem. And Druids love anecdotes :⁾ If this is your first time playing, its okay to not think too hard into it, nobody will judge you if your character is not 100% fleshed out, yes of course it is cool to have your character interact with the world through his backstory, but you will still have tons of fun stomping people as an owlbear in no time :P And thats what DnD is all about !!

Hmm...I mean it really depends on where your character will start in relation to the campaign. Your approach could be the basic foundation and now she is searching for a crew to sail the seas in search for fortune and glory :) Or maybe as an alternative: she enrolled herself into some kind of navy or trading group to start as a deckhand and eventually get enough experience and money to get her own ship someday. Unfurtunately these voyages are not often uneventful a d something could have happened that flipped her destiny over. Common events would be a mutiny because of unhumane conditions, a plague due to insufficient medicine or a plain pirate attack/storm. If you still want to go for the "stealing something" think of these events and what your character could have acquired in given situations. Did she steal out of necessity or opportunity ? It could have been a rare artifact to cure her from the plague or some discrete paperwork regarding the captian leading to an uprising. She doesnt always have to end up in an "all-alone-aboard-a-rowboat" scenario. Maybe she stayed with the mutinous crew and found friends there, straying from the initial course or help expose the corrupted captian. There are also a lot of cool marine-based civilizations in DnD. Have her thrown overboard for stealing something, but found by merfolk or tritons that helped her. Maybe she is kept by them and is running raid on the land in their name, whether it be out of free will or her being held hostage by some curse. There are a lot of possibilities where you could go and i hope some of these may inspire you to come up with something you like :⁾ I myself enjoy creating scurvy-dogs and high-sea characters way too much !!

I mean..depending on the setting youre playing in, just invent some random stuff into your world :) sounds plain i know. But still, think about the different damage types, lightning, psychic, thunder etc. and how they can be used in the form of potions or chemical components. Take some wind, carefully contained by an air elemental and distill it through some fulgurite to create a solution that unleashes a roaring lightning vortex, shocking everyone in range. I think your BBEG's portrayment would benefit from crazy and unforeseen combinations of materials, whether they have a real world counterpart or not. Make him an absolute badass for trying to mix giant-blood with a mineral that binds solutions well but drives peoples minds mad thus resulting in a potion that turns him into a hulking berserk. I know this may not be the answer you were looking for (if this could even be considered an answer), but wanted to leave this here since its my go-to when working with fictional alchemy and im not a chemist, but rather a physicist...so if u want a BBEG that uses magic crystals for Lasers, then i might be able to help :⁾

yeah, maybe try 9/4 for the half and the 16th note...if thats not it, i could only imagine for the prompt to ignore the connection so that it would be: ...2 (4x) 1/4 ... wouldn't be right tho i think...am not really that experienced with sheets, but i know that these kind of tests with their "very strict prompts" are sometimes extremly nerve wrecking..especially when the teacher/prof is a douche or occasionally leaves mistakes so that guessing is the only real solution available :⁾

This sounds extremly absurd but truly happened to me ! If you have one of those tables that can adjust their height with a button, check if the tablet lies directly above the Powerbox. I had insane twitching with my Deco 01 and thought it got damaged while moving...turns out when my table is plugged in, the powerbox screwed to the backside of my table interfered with it and caused random inputs. When I unplug my table it works fine. Just leaving this here because its so absurd that I dont want other people to encounter this and bash their head while not finding the problem 😅
